the site CDP Education_EN (the "Site"), the offered services (the "Services") and the software available for download at CDP Education_EN or the Site in connection with the Service ( "Software") are owned, operated and maintained by CDP Education_EN (a subsidiary of CDP Education_EN LTD.) ( "we", "our" or the "Company"). (1) Using or accessing the Site or the Services, (2) downloading, accessing, installing or using the Software, or (3) paying for someone using or accessing the Site or the Services or by downloading, access, installing or using the software, the user (you) formalized their agreement with the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms"). 3. Connectivity and equipment costs

The user is solely responsible for all telephone services, internet connection, and / or other associated fees and costs to their access and use of services, and the maintenance costs of connections, computers and other equipments needed for the access and usage.

4.Costs and Fees

Signing up to the site, choosing and watching free courses are characterized as free services, meaning they are free of charge.

In case of courses marketed by the site, a payment in accordance with the values and manner predetermined for each course will be required, so that the user has access to the contents. It is possible for CDP Education_EN to choose a temporary change of the fees for the services offered on the site, ex: for promotional events, or when launching new services. When you purchase a course, you are not allowed to resell or distribute the content for free, being then characterized as piracy and crime. 6. Obligations of Users

As a seeker for educational content, you agree that:

  • you will read and respect the price information (see "Service" section) before using the website;
  • If you are under 18 . (eighteen) years,you get the consent of parents or legal guardians before using the site and before the contact with tutors and schools.
  • Do not manipulate or interfere with the site;

7. Registration and Identity Protection

13 Confidential Information

The User acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, advertising, products, services or other materials available on or through the Sites Third Party or for any error, defamation, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity they may contain.

The CDP Education_EN IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONFLICTS , claims, losses, injuries or DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY ARISE FROM or relate GUARDIANS OF CONDUCT, schools or users.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless towards CDP Education_EN, and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, licensees, representatives, suppliers and third parties (including employees of our affiliates, directors, agents , partners, employees, licensees, representatives and third party Providers), of all losses, expenses, damages, costs, claims and demands, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs and expenses, due to or arising out of any Submitted Content that you upload, post, email or transmit or through the Services, use of the Services, the Company's Content or any part, its connection with the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
